Amazing Race; PLMar Edition(September 15, 2010)
GRRRRABEE! As in grabe pa sa grrrrrabe!
So ayun, dali-dali kaming umakyat sa 3rd floor. Yesss! Andun pa sya! Unfortunately, hindi niya napahiram samen kasi may klase xa na section 2, as in nung time na na yun(at nasita pa kame ng secretary ng dean, kasi daw, bake tang haggard haggard na namen, nakaldlad na daw ung bangs..hehehe).
Kaya ayun.
AMAZING RAAAAAAACE!!
TAKBBOOOOO!! Sigi hala! Lumarga na sila. Maya-maya eh, nagulat na lang ako at biglang sinabi n imam na, “you may take your break, and after 20 minutes, we’ll continue the reporting..”
“YOU MAY TAKE YOUR BREAK…”
“AFTER 20 MINUTES,….YOUR REPORTING..”
“AFTER 20 MINUTES…”
“20 MINUTES…”
“REPORTING…”
ANOHUWATBAKET?! Ranging 20 MINUTES?!?! May Golay! Takte na-shock talaga ko dun ah! Gravacious naman oh! Hala, ang akala namen kase, 12nn pa magbe-break, kaya ang sabi namen sa kanya, “after the break kame magrereport”!!
aba saba mangga!
Kaawa-awa!
Baka daw asa office of the VP, or nasa 104 lang yun.
“ha?”
“si sir allan po..” nilakasan ko na.
Tapos may nagsalitang lalake, “sino yung hinahanap mo kanina?”
“sir Allan! Hindi Sir Edgar! Peot yown! Si EDGAR ALLAN POE! Nakkuu tong batang to…”
Sampung taon, kaya lalo kameng kinabahan!
Antagal ioperate. Tapos para magamit xa with projector, kelangan ulit irestart. SAYA!
Tapos, nung ininsert ko ung flashdrive ko, “not recognized…” ANG SAYA!
Andun yung report namen, tapos, “not recognized.” Ang saya saya talaga, grrrraabe!
Hopeless. Akala namen.
Yehey!! This is iiiiitttt!!
Pero may rule si ma’am, “wag niong ire-restart dahil may password yan. Hindi nio na mabubuksan yan..”
Okay!
Ansaya! Ayaw gumana! Walang lumalabas na projector! Wooh!
Tapos, sabi nila Charmaine at Marton, kelangan nga daw kasing irestart ung lt para gumana ung projector.. OO ANSAYA, MAGANDA YAN! Irestart huh, eh bawal ngang irestart yun dahil may password nga, oo ang saya saya talaga!
Naglelecture na si ma’am norma nun. Tapos eto pa huh, yung nile-lecture niya, yung topic
na nila Hannah! Kawawa!!!
Hopeless? OO! HOPELESS NA KUNG HOPELESS! Nakakainis!!
“huh???”
“may isa pang profile yan, walang password.”
Hala talagang naewan kame nun! Takteng yan…
Eh wala na ren. Parang ayaw talaga ni Tadhana na pag-report-in kame noh? Biruin mo, naambunan pa kame habang nag-aamazing race kanina? Tapos wala talaga?!?
Well, papel, lapel, ganun talaga.
Oo may QUIZ! Q-U-I-Z. ang sssssaya!
So, we got tired for nothing. Wala kaming naintindihan sa lesson. At may quiz. Ang saya-
ssssaya!

So ayun, dali-dali kaming umakyat sa 3rd floor. Yesss! Andun pa sya! Unfortunately, hindi niya napahiram samen kasi may klase xa na section 2, as in nung time na na yun(at nasita pa kame ng secretary ng dean, kasi daw, bake tang haggard haggard na namen, nakaldlad na daw ung bangs..hehehe).
Kaya ayun.
TAKBBOOOOO!! Sigi hala! Lumarga na sila. Maya-maya eh, nagulat na lang ako at biglang sinabi n imam na, “you may take your break, and after 20 minutes, we’ll continue the reporting..”
“YOU MAY TAKE YOUR BREAK…”
“AFTER 20 MINUTES,….YOUR REPORTING..”
“AFTER 20 MINUTES…”
“20 MINUTES…”
“REPORTING…”
ANOHUWATBAKET?! Ranging 20 MINUTES?!?! May Golay! Takte na-shock talaga ko dun ah! Gravacious naman oh! Hala, ang akala namen kase, 12nn pa magbe-break, kaya ang sabi namen sa kanya, “after the break kame magrereport”!!
aba saba mangga!
Kaawa-awa!
Baka daw asa office of the VP, or nasa 104 lang yun.
“ha?”
“si sir allan po..” nilakasan ko na.
Tapos may nagsalitang lalake, “sino yung hinahanap mo kanina?”
“sir Allan! Hindi Sir Edgar! Peot yown! Si EDGAR ALLAN POE! Nakkuu tong batang to…”

Ugh! I forgot her name, yung dating beauty queen?!”
“si Maan!” sagot niya.
“ay oo, si Maan! Si MARJORIE ANN RAMORES! Kabisado ko pa noh?! Galing!” sabay palakpak.
“syempre! Hindi pa ‘ko grown-up! Ha-ha-ha”
“ihanda mo yung underground elevator natin..
“hala!!!
Parang may reunion! Akalain mo ba naman kasing nakita ko dati sila AILEEN TOLOSA, GILEEN DEMAPENDAN AT JESSA MORES nung pumunta ako sa Las Vegas noon?- “We are the Amazons!” rinig kong sabi nila.
“I’m sorry to break the news but blah blah blah…”
“Jerizza, I’ll call my lawyer ha? Magle-leave kasi ako eh. Ayokong mapostpone ang biyahe ko. Yang NOEL JALMASCO na yan talaga! Laging sinisira ang mga plano ko! Tignan mo oh!
“ATTY. KARLA CID! Si Geneva may gustong ipaayos sayo..”
“okay I’m on my way now.
Mananalo tayo dito for sure!
I’m leaving on a jetplane, don’t know…..”
“Nica?!
Unti-unti na sana ‘kong naiinlove sa boses nun kaso biglang sinabing, “this is PILOT ADRIAN ESMILLA at your service.”
To be continued... :P
Twenty Years
after graduating from this school
many years from now
will you still be sending me a birthday greeting, holloween, or anything?
if i happen to pass by at your house
would you care to call me for who I was?
will you still know me?
will you still want me,
twenty years from now?
you'll meet different kinds of people too
but if they don't like you,
come to me, i could stay with you!
i could be a talking time line,
recalling all the things we used to do back then
you can be a talking time line too!
on the next day, can i still stay with you?
invading a mall, laughing at anybody,
who could ask for more?
will you still know me?
will you still want me,
twenty years from now?
send me a card, call me sometime
who are you now, where you might be
it's been a long time since we chat
why did you stop talking to me like that?
do you still know me?
do you still want me,
AFTER TWENTY YEARS?
:P
many years from now
will you still be sending me a birthday greeting, holloween, or anything?
if i happen to pass by at your house
would you care to call me for who I was?
will you still know me?
will you still want me,
twenty years from now?
you'll meet different kinds of people too
but if they don't like you,
come to me, i could stay with you!
i could be a talking time line,
recalling all the things we used to do back then
you can be a talking time line too!
on the next day, can i still stay with you?
invading a mall, laughing at anybody,
who could ask for more?
will you still know me?
will you still want me,
twenty years from now?
send me a card, call me sometime
who are you now, where you might be
it's been a long time since we chat
why did you stop talking to me like that?
do you still know me?
do you still want me,
AFTER TWENTY YEARS?

Earth Hour Approaches: Filipinos Urged to Spread the Word :)

With days to go before the world switches off for Earth Hour 2009, WWF-Philippines calls on the social networking community to spread the Earth Hour message through e-groups, blogs, web videos and texts. “The commitments of support grow with each day. We urge everyone to spread the word and join millions throughout the world by switching-off lights from 8:30 to 9:30pm on Saturday night, 28 March. This is our chance to show the world what our Bayanihan spirit can do, for only when we act as one will Earth Hour be successful,” says Earth Hour National Director Yeb Saño.Earth Hour is a massive social movement aimed to mobilize action against climate change through the simple act of turning off lights.
Launched in Australia on 31 March 2007, Earth Hour moved over two million people and 2100 businesses in Sydney to turn off their lights for 60 minutes – hence the movement’s logo. This captured the hearts and minds of people all over the world, giving rise to Earth Hour 2008 – where 50 million people in 370 cities followed suit. New York’s Times Square, Rome’s Coliseum and even the remote Casey Station in Antarctica plunged into darkness. The Philippines was the first Southeast Asian nation to pledge support. Its flagship cities of Pasay, Manila, Parañaque and Makati observed a switch-off ceremony and enveloped the entire Roxas Boulevard seaside strip in symbolic darkness.
Popular landmarks such as the Cultural Center of the Philippines and Mall of Asia were blanketed in darkness. Lights-out activities were instigated by a million Filipinos in over 50 major towns and cities across the nation.“Earth Hour 2008 remains the country’s largest environmental action. Last year, total power savings amounted to 80MWh. 56MWh was saved in Luzon alone – equivalent to shutting down a coal-fired power plant for one hour. More important than the power we saved was the awareness and positive action generated. This year, Earth Hour 2009 hopes to inspire at least 10 million Filipinos to unite and act for the environment,” explains Saño.Earth Hour is an initiative of WWF, the Department of Energy, Green Army Network and SWITCH movement. Over a hundred corporations, schools, public and private organizations have now pledged support. The roster of supporters grows by the hour.Numerous institutional partners such as the Archdiocese of Manila Ministry, Boy and Girl Scouts, CBCP, Department of Education, Earth Day Network, Gawad Kalinga, Habitat for Humanity, League of Corporate Foundations, National Electrification Administration, National Historical Institute, Outdoor Advertiser’s Association of the Philippines, Philippine Jaycees, Renewable Energy Coalition, Rotary Club and World Youth Alliance have also pledged support. The Department of Energy has given its full backing for the movement. "This is a cause that should unite us as Filipinos and as citizens of the world," declares DOE Secretary Angelo Reyes. Adds WWF-Vice Chairman and CEO Lory Tan, “Will Earth Hour alone stop climate change? No. But it is a statement that we will not go down without a fight.”The global aim of Earth Hour is to secure the participation of one billion people in 1000 cities globally.
Already over 1500 cities in 80 countries including the United States, China, Russia and India have signed on.“It is hoped that this global gesture will send a clear message for world leaders to take strong and decisive action against climate change,” explains Saño. Top leaders will meet in Copenhagen this coming December to craft a post-Kyoto policy for tackling the world’s mounting problems on climate change. “The strength of our message ultimately depends on how many Filipinos will join in.”

Life is Boring Without Them....
Yes!! Life is boring without my friends! Let's be more specific... Life at school is boring without my friends!! hahaha. Only 28 students were left in our class due to the cotillion practice and guess what? We're still being imposed to attend our subjects! It's just like in the private school. Some of our teachers allowed us to just play around... (Maybe because they're just too lazy to teach only 28 students :])
Now here is my secret. Before our first class, w/c is science, we tend not to go in our room. We're just sneaking around the corridor---it's boring in our room I tell 'ya! We only go to our respective room when we think of it. We tend to do whatever we like as long as we're not caught by the security guards there.
When it's already recess time, Carla and I used to watch the cotillion practice on our school ground and when the bell rang, we didn't easily go upstairs though we saw our teacher coming. Cutting class again!! This is the first time I ever do this thing 'coz I never had the guts to break the rules of my beloved school. But in this kinds of situation? We’re talking about a life and death situation here; we are playing with our own happiness here so that’s why we do these kinds of things…

Luckily, I brought my minidigicam so, it isn't that kind of bad after all….being stuck with some kind of….of… BORINGNESS?! It just looked like a toy so whenever I tried to take a picture of them, they do not easily believe… here is the first person whom I told that we shall have a picture together… Look at her… THIS IS MY PICTURE NUMBER 1:

She didn't believe in me. So look what just happened... I was supposed to be included there but I was cut.
Before I took a picture of her, I tend to practice. I've taken some nonsense picture to make sure that my camera was safe and sound.. :)
and, Narra at Acacia's room...
And here is the 2nd person who didn't believe in me... HERE IS MY PICTURE NUMBER 2:

She made that look upon her face because she thought that I was joking when I told her that I have a digicam.... hehe...
And that's all! we've taken some pictures in our schools with my handy-mini-digicam and I've decided to put it in here... :))

^^I tend to make funny faces in these pictures... ^^ nice grounds!!!

Lagot ako!!!

It happened yesterday morning. I was in my sister's room, retouching 'coz we're about to go to my doctor. Unfortunately, something happened and my mother blamed me for it... so we just cancelled our schedule to my doctor.
I just sat still in front of the mini-mirror on the make-up table. Beside me, stood the table that has the ka-cheurvahan of my sister- the collage given to her by her classmates when she turned 18, Rapunzel's house, bottled stars, cheurvah, chenes, and the very precious "lamp" given to them on their capping..CAPPING--nursing--Nightingale's lamp..
I was still combing and admiring my bangs, my newly-made-bangs when I accidentally hit with my elbow the precious lamp. It fell of course and some of its parts were broken. "I'M DOOMED!!", I whispered, the small parts of it was under the table. My sister came in, I just tried to cover up myself, i need to calm down so that she won't notice me what I've done! When she came out of the room, I hurried to my roo
m and grabbed my glue.
It was like a secret mission! It's fun even though I'm nervous! I immediately grabbed the small pieces under the table and glued it smartly so that she won't notice that it is actually broken! hehehe. It seemed that nothing really happened because I glued it smartly!(grins)
